History In a health examination in the community, the pepsinogen I/II ratio was 0.6, and gastroscopy was performed. A Y-I type gastric polyp (diameter, 3mm) was observed, and biopsy was performed (Group IV). He was referred to our hospital, considering the possible selection of EMR.
