| History | Since a health examination in the ward showed fecal occult blood and a positive pepsinogen test, gastroscopy was performed. Hyperplastic polyps were scattered centering on the greater curvature of the gastric body, and a 0-I lesion (2 cm) was present in the greater curvature of the middle gastric body. EMR was performed (m well-differentiated adenocarcinoma). Follow-up observation after 4 years revealed gastric polyps. |
