History She had been followed up due to gastric ulcer in a local hospital. Gastroscopy showed an ulcer and ulcer scar in the posterior wall of the superior gastric body and an ulcer scar in the anterior wall. As a result of biopsy, the lesion in the anterior wall was classified as Group V. She was referred to our hospital as an indication for EMR.
Past history At 25 years of age: Surgery for appendicitis
Family history Elderly brother: Esophageal cancer
Smoking Non-smoker
Drinking Sake 180mL and beer 350mL /day
