History About 2 years earlier, he had undergone an examination for colorectal lesions due to occult fecal blood, and was treated by polypectomy. During follow up of the course, CF was performed at another hospital. Several IIa lesions (about 3 mm in diameter) in the colon and a IIa + IIc lesion (5 mm in diameter) in the sigmoid colon (suspected submucosal invasion) were detected, and he was referred to our hospital for close examination.
