Chief complaint: Lower abdominal pain

History She visited a local hospital due to lower abdominal pain, and barium enema showed an elevated lesion (diameter, 12 mm) involving about 1/3 of the circumference of the sigmoid colon. Colonoscopy confirmed a similar lesion in the sigmoid colon (26 cm from AV). As a result of biopsy, moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma was diagnosed, and she has admitted to our hospital for surgery.
Past history HT(-), DM(-), surgery for appendicitis
Family history Mother: Pancreatic cancer
