| History | He visited a local hospital due to fecal occult blood detected in a health examination. Colonoscopy revealed a lateral-spreading tumor (LST) lesion involving 1/4 of the circumference at a site 50 cm from the AV (moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma demonstrated by biopsy). He visited our hospital for close examination and treatment. |
