The virtual slide review for the 18th Congress of the Polish Society of Pathologists is specially prepared for case conference between Polish pathologists and Japanese pathologists at the XVIII Congress of the Polish Society of Pathologists to be held in Miedzyzdroje, Poland, 4-7 September 2011. The virtual slides of these cases can be seen on our web site and the series include lesions in the esophagus (n=18), Barrett esophageal mucosa (n=8), and the colon (n=3). We hope that this program will help pathologists more fully discuss differences and accordance between their diagnoses. This review page will be closed at the end of the congress. Thereafter, these case reports will be reformatted and subsequently published in the standard manner of presentation on our site.
