Low anterior resection was performed for rectal carcinoma 8 months earlier. Right middle-inferior lobectomy of the liver was performed due to metastasis of rectal carcinoma 5 months earlier. Left superior partial lobectomy of the liver was performed due to metastasis of rectal carcinoma 3 months earlier.
