On the anal side, columnar epithelium and esophageal glands in the submucosal layer are observed. This area corresponds to the esophagus. The oral surgical end is covered with squamous epithelium, and the lesion is present in the glandular epithelial area. In the lesion, there is an area without tumor tissue, which corresponds to a preoperative biopsy scar.(Clik on VS button)
